What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to infuse psychological insights into course content, ensuring alignment with child development principles.

  • Conduct research on the cognitive and emotional needs of children to inform the creation of age-appropriate and engaging learning materials.

​

  • Design and implement programs that foster emotional intelligence, resilience, and positive mental well-being in children.

​

  • Collaborate with educators, content creators, and instructional designers to integrate psychological methodologies into the development of interactive and enjoyable learning experiences.

  • Provide guidance on the creation of activities that promote self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking in alignment with psychological principles.

  • Stay abreast of developments in child psychology, education, and related fields to incorporate the latest research findings into course design.

​

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of programs in meeting the psychological and developmental needs of children.

Who You are

  • A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Child Psychology or a related field.

​

  • Proven experience working as a Child Psychologist, preferably in an educational or child-focused setting.

​

  • In-depth knowledge of child development, cognitive psychology, and emotional well-being in children.

  •  

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creativity and a passion for developing engaging and fun educational content for children.

  • Understanding of diverse learning styles and the ability to tailor programs to meet individual needs.
